The Golino Family has realized the complete restoration of the rural complex, employing environmentally friendly materials and technologies. Aiming for ecologically friendly and innovative solutions, alternative technologies such as photovoltaics were used for the conservation of energy and ecologically compatible materials ascertain the harmonious integration of the complex into the surrounding environment.
The historical estate consists of a number of rustic structures: the perimeter wall, the arched entrance, the paving and all the rural buildings, constructed completely of stone, their roofs made of terracotta tiles, and the spacious panorama terrace overlooking the splendid archaeaological nature reserve. All this is enhanced by enchanting mediterranean oases and gardens with their unique aromas.
"The Agriturismo Vecchia Masseria today bears witness to a great past and a now rare rural architecture".
